01The page count comes from what the business needs to explain
We start with services, locations, customer questions, and the action each visitor should take. A homepage introduces the business, but the service pages carry the detail that helps a customer compare the work and helps search engines understand the subject.
A focused owner-operated business may fit the smaller plans. More services, several locations, more complex page relationships, or a team booking system move the project into Business or Business Plus.
02Every build includes more than the visible design
The website includes responsive layouts, written copy, contact paths, hosting, SSL, backups, platform updates, and routine changes. We also handle page titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, sitemap coverage, analytics, and appropriate schema.
The site is checked on phones, tablets, and desktop screens. Forms are tested, phone numbers are tappable, business facts are confirmed, and the approved version is built for launch without touching existing email records.
03The private review removes the proposal guess
Willfully Digital can build from the public information already available about a business and send a private review link. The owner sees the real pages and working navigation before deciding whether to launch.
The current site and domain remain unchanged during review. Corrections are expected because public information can be incomplete. The business confirms services, locations, credentials, photos, and other facts before publication.
04The plan covers the work after launch
Business information changes. Staff, services, photos, hours, prices, and seasonal details need a place to be updated. Routine changes stay inside the monthly plan, and most are completed within one business day.
We agree what your reporting will measure and how you will receive it during setup. Reporting begins after the agreed tracking is connected and checked. Routine change requests can be sent by email. Work outside the plan is priced before it begins.
