Strategy Review

We do the review before we meet.

We look at the website, Google Business Profile, search presence, social accounts, and other public marketing first. The meeting starts with a written priority list.

What we review before the meeting

We begin with what a customer can see. That includes the website on a phone, the Google Business Profile, relevant search results, public social accounts, directory listings, and the paths a customer uses to call, book, or send a form.

The review looks for inaccurate information, weak or missing service pages, unclear calls to action, broken links, inconsistent contact details, thin local signals, missing schema, and places where the message changes from one channel to another.

We record the pages and profile fields behind each priority so the list remains useful after the meeting. A recommendation may cover copy, design, SEO, schema, analytics, citations, profile care, social media, or paid traffic. It may also identify work that is already in good condition and needs no immediate work from us.

What we bring to the meeting

  • A written priority list based on the public review
  • Specific pages, profile fields, or channels that need attention
  • The work we would handle first and the reason for that order
  • Items the business can correct without hiring us
  • The published plan or project scope that fits the remaining work

What the meeting is for

The meeting is not the review itself. We use it to confirm the business details we cannot learn from public sources, correct anything we misunderstood, and talk through the priority list. Most meetings do not need the full time reserved on the calendar.

You keep the list. There is no charge for the review and no need to decide during the meeting.

Pick a time

Choose a time below and include the business name and website address. The confirmation contains the meeting details and calendar link.

What we need from you

The business name, town, and website are enough to begin. Add the issue that concerns you most when booking. Access to the website, Google account, analytics, or social accounts is not needed for the first review.

What happens afterward

We send the priority list in writing. Work that belongs inside a published plan is matched to that plan. Larger projects are scoped and priced before they begin. The recommendation may also be to correct a few items internally and wait.
